MallinCam Junior Pro PC (color). 811 x 508 pixels (380K). Sensor size 7.4 x 5.95 mm. Equivalent to an 8mm eyepiece. Fits 1-1/4″ focuser. Includes focal reducer assortment. Comes with Samsung LCD monitor. There are control keys on back of camera and an on-screen display in the monitor. Also, kit includes a video-to-USB adapter for control and viewing with a PC. Good for lunar, solar (with filter), planetary and deep sky objects. PC control and viewing require download of free drivers and control software. A powerful imaging tool, but has a steep learning curve. Equipment orientation and assistance is available.-

Mark Ownsby - Details about the CAS annual picnic on September 1st with an explanation of the logistics and what we will do there will be discussed. -
